TERMS OF SALES

Article 1: object

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTS") is, on the one hand, to inform any potential member of the terms and conditions under which the International Association of Equestrian Art and Historical Equitation ( hereinafter "AIAEEH") proceeds to the sale of the various annual Memberships offered and, on the other hand, to define the rights and obligations of the Parties in the context of the services and events offered by AIAEEH to members of the association ( above and below “The Member”).

They apply, without restriction or reservation, to all the services and events offered by AIAEEH on its Site accessible via the Internet at the address www.aiaeeh.com  (Hereafter and before the “Site”). Consequently, the fact for the Member to pay for the annual Membership offered for sale on the AIAEEH Site implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, of which the Member acknowledges having read prior to Membership. .

AIAEEH reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time. Nevertheless, the General Conditions of Sale applicable to Membership are those accepted by the Member at the time of payment of Membership.

Article 3 – Price and characteristics of Membership

3.1 Tariff

The sale price of the annual Membership, indicated in euros, is that in force at the time of payment by the Member. The selling price of Membership may be changed at any time. This change will be notified to the Member before any Membership. The price is applicable in the context of distance selling.

3.2 Membership Features

The AIAEEH markets different Annual Memberships depending on the members. Membership grants access to conferences, events and exclusive content to Members. For any question relating to conferences and seminars, the Member may contact the association by telephone, e-mail or post.

3.3 Validity

The annual membership offer is valid for the 12 months following the date of payment of the membership fee, with no limit on the number.

3.4 Membership

Any Membership implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, without prejudice to the specific contractual conditions concluded between the Parties.

The sale of the Membership is concluded from the moment the Member confirms it by clicking on the “Payment” icon. He is considered to have knowingly accepted the content and conditions of the Membership in question and in particular these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the fact that his Membership involves an obligation to pay on his part, the price and the characteristics of the Membership offered for sale and ordered by the Member.

Once this step has been validated, the sale will be final (subject to the exercise by the Member of his right of withdrawal under the conditions provided for in article 6 of these General Conditions of Sale). Membership will be confirmed to the Member by any appropriate means (the “Membership Confirmation”). In the event of total cancellation, the Membership will be automatically canceled and its bank account will not be debited.

Article 4 – Payment

The Member has the option of paying for his Membership on the Site, by bank transfer or by cheque. the Subscriber guarantees that he has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment he has chosen for his Subscription, when registering for the Subscription.

4.1 Means of payment on the Site

The Member can use PayPal to pay for his Membership on the Site. Payment information will not be retained after payment.

4.2 Means of payment by bank transfer

The Member can make a bank transfer on the AIAEEH Bank Identity Statement, available on the payment page of the Site.

4.3 Means of payment by check 

Payment by bank check issued by a banking or financial institution located in France is accepted; it must be sent as soon as possible by post to the address of the AIAEEH (International Association of Equestrian Art and Historical Riding, Lieu Dit "Les Janins" 71220 LA GUICHE), accompanied by a copy of the message Membership e-mail.

Subscriptions paid by check will only be taken into account after cashing the check, domiciled with a French bank.

 

4.4 Methods of payment

Any Membership implies payment. Membership is payable in euros, including all taxes and mandatory contributions. Any bank charges remain the responsibility of the Member (including in the case of a refund).

Article 5 – Rights and deadlines for withdrawal

Pursuant to Article L121-17 I of the Consumer Code, the Subscriber has the right to withdraw from this sale, without giving any reason, within fourteen days.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which the Subscriber pays for his annual subscription:

  • Either after the day of payment on the Site,

  • Either after the day of receipt of a bank transfer,

  • Either after the day of cashing a bank check.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Member must notify his decision to withdraw, by means of an unambiguous declaration, in one of the following ways:

For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient to send the decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period has expired.

Article 6 – General

6.1 Non-waiver 

The fact for one of the Parties not to avail itself to the other Party of a breach of any of the obligations referred to in these GCS cannot be interpreted for the future as a waiver of the obligation in question.

6.2 Complaints

Your complaints concerning your Membership should be addressed to aiaeeh.asso@gmail.com, or by post to the International Association of Equestrian Art and Historical Riding, Lieu Dit "Les Janins" 71220 LA GUICHE.

6.3 Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

Any disputes relating to the existence, interpretation, execution or cancellation of the AIAEEH Annual Membership, shall, in the absence of an amicable agreement, fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts in application of the rules enacted by the French code of civil procedure.

6.4 Duration

The T&Cs apply for the entire duration of the AIAEEH Site being online. In any event, the “responsibility” clause will survive the termination of the GCS.
